About Us: Divine Express Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) focused on operational excellence, safety compliance, and high-performance fleet management. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee vehicle readiness, preventative maintenance, compliance, and cost control for our growing DSP operation.

Responsibilities:

Fleet Oversight & Readiness

Manage a fleet of 2040 Amazon-branded delivery vans

Ensure 100% vehicle readiness for daily dispatch

Track mileage, downtime, and vehicle utilization

Preventative Maintenance & Repairs

Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules

Build and maintain relationships with local repair shops

Perform minor on-site repairs (lights, wipers, fluids, tire checks)

Minimize downtime and repair costs

Daily Compliance & Inspection

Review pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Compare morning vs. end-of-day reports for discrepancies

Track damage, incidents, and maintenance needs

Maintain organized maintenance logs and compliance documentation

Incident & Risk Management

Oversee accident reporting process

Coordinate insurance claims and repair follow-up
