Keep Operations Moving — And Waste Moving Out

Express Employment is hiring in Lafayette, IN for a hands-on role that keeps a large industrial site running smoothly. As an Industrial Recyclables Logistics Associate, you’ll help ensure recyclable materials are moved to the right place at the right time so production stays efficient and the facility stays clean.

A day in the life (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
  • Clock in for 2nd shift and review the material movement plan for your areas.
  • Load pallets, totes, and bins of recyclable materials and transport them to designated collection points across the facility.
  • Unload carefully at assigned zones so downstream processes are safe and efficient.
  • Walk your route, checking material-handling machinery and related equipment; note repair needs and complete basic routine upkeep to support safe operation.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures while keeping aisles, work cells, and staging areas orderly.
