🔧🏠 NOW HIRING: Maintenance Helper / Maintenance Technician 🏠🔧

Looking for full-time opportunity with room to grow? Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Helper / Technician for a local apartment community in Colorado Springs!

This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance, handyman, construction, or apartment experience who wants consistent hours, hands-on work, and the chance to increase their pay after being hired on permanently.

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends!

💵 Pay: Starting at $18 - 20/hr
Opportunity for pay increase upon permanent hire based on performance and experience

📍 Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

🔨 Job Duties May Include:
• Basic apartment maintenance and repairs
• Painting and drywall touch-ups
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Appliance installation or repair assistance
• Property upkeep and work orders
• Make-ready and unit turns
• General handyman and maintenance tasks

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Maintenance, construction, handyman, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
