This position offers a transparent progression plan designed to reward skill development and performance, with the opportunity to earn a minimum of $60,650 in your first year.

Compensation
  • Starting Pay: $25.00/hour + 10% Night Shift Premium
  • 90-Day Milestone: Eligible for a $1.00/hour increase ($26.00/hour) upon successful completion of initial training
  • 12-Month Milestone: Eligible for an additional $2.00/hour increase ($28.00/hour) upon completion of advanced training
    • Year 2 earning potential: $66,250+
  • Leadership Opportunities: Fully trained and signed-off team members may advance into Lead positions with an additional $2.00/hour pay increase

???? Key Responsibilities

As a Chemical Systems Technician, Production Technician, Chemical Operator, or Process Operator, you will:

  • Safely monitor and operate advanced chemical processing equipment using computerized control systems
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and workplace safety
  • Monitor, analyze, and accurately document process conditions and equipment performance
  • Record production data and operational metrics throughout manufacturing runs
  • Collaborate with a self-directed production team and supervisory leadership
  • Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment
