Schedule: Monday – Friday (Daytime) | Earnings: High-Volume Commission + Full W-2 Benefit Package

    • THE ROLE

    As a Courier, you are the heartbeat of our same-day delivery service. You will use your own fuel-efficient vehicle to handle time-sensitive, on-demand commercial deliveries.

    Your Day-to-Day:
  • OnDemand Deliveries: Pick up and deliver packages with accuracy and a "service with a smile" attitude.
  • Smart Routing: Use our mobile app to track deliveries and stay in sync with our expert Dispatch team.
  • Professional Independence: Manage your route and vehicle while providing toptier service to our commercial clients.
  • FastPaced Environment: Ideal for those who stay calm under pressure and enjoy navigating local roads.
    • QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Vehicle: A reliable, fuelefficient vehicle and a smartphone are required.
  • Insurance: Auto insurance that meets our professional company standards.
  • License: Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of +2 Safe Driving Points and a REAL ID.
  • Experience: Knowledge of Richmond roads; prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.
  • Reliability: Must pass a background check and preemployment drug screening.
