Job description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of a 360-unit property. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and proven supervisory experience in property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns.
  • Perform property inspections and address any safety or maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with property management to ensure units are ready for move-in and maintained to high standards.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, scheduling, and quality control of contracted services.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management for maintenance staff.
  • Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of property maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • EPA 608 certification
  • HVAC certification
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – Preferred 
  • Must be able to work on-call as needed.
