Join Screaming Tuna, a modern Sushi & Asian Bistro located on the scenic Milwaukee Riverwalk, where bold flavors and sustainability meet unforgettable dining experiences. As a Host / Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations while creating memorable moments for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- As Host:
- Warmly greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using digital tools (OpenTable or similar).
- Coordinate table turns with servers and managers to maintain smooth dining room flow.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
