Your Purpose
Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Explora Private Ambassadors to join our team in the luxury travel industry. This role focuses on engaging with high-net-worth guests, travel enthusiasts, and discerning travelers to provide personalized travel and cruise experiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury travel, possesses
exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
An Explora Private Ambassador is responsible for the effective handling of all individual guests' requests via phone, email, social media, and chat, in line with Service Standards & Procedures.

Your Impact
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS TO DRIVE SALES
  • Build strong relationships with prospective guests by understanding their unique travel preferences, lifestyle, and expectations
  • Propose personalized travel itineraries to include hotels and transfers, onboard experience and destination experiences that aligns with guests' preferences and interests
  • Guide the guest through booking every step of their journey
  • Accurately document all guest interactions and follow-ups in the CRM (Salesforce)
SALES
  • Contact, and convert, leads via sales campaigns
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Explora Journeys' products and brand
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury travel, destination insights, and exclusive offerings to provide guests with unparalleled expertise.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
  • Maintain strong working relationship with the broader Explora Experience Centre, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Your Journey so far
  1. Minimum of 1 year in sales required, with 2+ years preferred. Previous experience in luxury hospitality or the cruise lifestyle sector is preferred.
  2. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Ability to nurture and maintain long-term guest relationships
  4. Outstanding interpersonal skills
  5. Very strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  6. Guest-centric approach to sales
  7. Strong command of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with reservation booking systems (ideally Seaware)

Your Essentials
This requires a willingness to occasionally work extended hours, evening and weekends, to accommodate the customer and guest needs.
This position is an in-office role based in the Fort Lauderdale Bayview office.
