Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the North America Field Sales team. This outside sales role supports our Health, Corporate and Performance segment . This role will serve the greater Atlanta area and boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management. In this position you will be responsible for building and growing Technogym's network of partners within the vertical by  owning the full sales cycle, actively nurturing relationships with current and prospective partners, and closely tracking performance metrics.

Your Impact
  • Visit potential and/or current partners daily,  actively nurturing partner relationships
  • Travel regularly through assigned regional territory (more than 50% of the time)
  • Own full sales cycle from outreach to close, with focus on in-person visits and thoughtful follow-ups
  • Provide white glove customer service to current and potential partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
About You
What you should bring:
  • At least 3 years' outbound field sales experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Industry knowledge and/or a strong professional network within the vertical
  • Strong B2B sales experience 
  • Comfortable with longer sales cycles
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and PowerBI
  • Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
  • Willing to travel regularly within the broader assigned territory 
  • Valid US Driver's License 
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit 5+ current/potential clients per day 
What We Offer: 
  • Base salary  $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
