Expert Program Managers are highly experienced professionals responsible for overseeing complex projects and programs within an organization. Expert Program Managers typically have years of experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of their industry.

How does an expert program manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during project execution?
