Job description

Alcedis is a well-established and successful clinical research organization headquartered in Germany, with over 30 years of experience in clinical research. Building on our strong track record in Germany, we are now taking the next step in our international growth by establishing our presence in the United States. As part of this expansion, we are building a network of experienced clinical research professionals who can support our current and future clinical studies.

We are looking for experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to join our U.S.-based expert network. Our current and anticipated projects focus primarily on Oncology and Alzheimerโ€™s disease, with additional therapeutic areas expected to follow. Depending on project needs and mutual availability, members of our network may have the opportunity to support Alcedis as part-time W-2 employees on a project basis within our Clinical Operations team.

We are looking for a limited number of experienced CRAs to build a strong network of trusted clinical research professionals. Candidates will be reviewed based on their experience, qualifications, and fit with our current and future project needs.

When a suitable project becomes available, we will contact you to discuss the study, timing, workload, and your availability. If there is a mutual fit, you will be engaged as a part-time W-2 employee for the duration of the project.

You are welcome to continue working with other clients outside of your agreed assignment, subject to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements.

Joining the expert network does not guarantee a project or minimum hours. If required, any project-specific qualification or pre-engagement activities involving actual work beyond the application and selection process will be compensated.

  • Willingness to conduct and support Site Initiation Visits (primarily virtually) in the U.S. and Canada
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Based in the United States

Preferred:

  • Experience in Neurology and/or Alzheimerโ€™s disease is a strong plus
  • Experience working in international or cross-border clinical research teams
  • Ability and flexibility to collaborate effectively across U.S. and European time zones, including regular interaction with colleagues based in Germany
  • Experience with U.S. and Canadian clinical trial requirements
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11
