Job description

Web Developer

Location: Trenton, NJ - Hybrid 3 days in office

Rate: Market Rate

Duration: 6 months to start but expected to be a long term contract 

The client is seeking an experienced web page content updater consultant to support day-to-day updates.

Candidate will be updating "old-school" html pages and building a few things with CSS and bootstrap
Qualifications and Skills:

  • High level of technical knowledge and experience with โ€“ HTML5
  • A mastery understanding of web development troubleshooting skills and tools.
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to find and correct basic errors on web pages.
 

Primary responsibilities:

โ€ข Assist with the maintenance, support and development of our internal and external websites and solutions.
โ€ข Analyze work requests and build or modify web pages as required.
โ€ข Provide knowledge transfer to web team members and management.
โ€ข Successfully unit test their work and team's work when required.
โ€ข Participate with the business analysts and/or users in system testing.
โ€ข Demonstrate a strong background in requirements gathering, tracking and analysis with an ability to communicate the information to both technical and non-technical professionals.
โ€ข Understand the principles of web design and development.
