Location: Jasper, Alabama
Company: Grey Wolf Automotive Group

Grey Wolf Automotive Group is growing and looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to join our Ford and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram (CJDR) dealership in Jasper, AL.

We are seeking a leader who can motivate a team, drive sales performance, and help take the store to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

  • Desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize gross profit

  • Train, coach, and develop sales consultants

  • Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper follow-up with customers

  • Work closely with F&I and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or high-performing Finance Manager/GSM in an automotive dealership

  • Strong desking and closing skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable

  • Experience with Ford and/or CDJR brands preferred
