Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of recreational vehicle systems to ensure our customers’ adventures are smooth and worry-free. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and automotive systems will be essential in delivering top-notch service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to a team dedicated to excellence in RV maintenance and repair. Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on motorhomes and towable RVs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using wiring diagrams, service manuals, and diagnostic equipment.
• Complete roof repairs, slide-out adjustments, appliance repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and final quality checks before customer pickup.
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and labor performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the service advisors and parts department to complete repairs efficiently.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians when needed.
• Stay current with manufacturer training, certifications, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Three or more years of RV service experience or comparable mechanical experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of 12V electrical systems, 120V AC systems, plumbing, propane, HVAC, appliances, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• RVTI, RVIA, RVDA, ASE, or manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required.
