Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for building thriving communities? Phillips Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead and direct all operations at one of our premier communities. This role oversees leasing, resident relations, maintenance, financial performance, and team leadership-all while delivering an exceptional resident experience.


What You'll Do

As Property Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise leasing and maintenance teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
     
  • Drive property success by protecting the asset, maximizing income, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with PMG policies and industry regulations.
     
  • Oversee daily community operations, including marketing, leasing, resident retention, and curb appeal.
     
  • Maintain strong resident relations-responding to requests, conducting tours, overseeing events, and ensuring high satisfaction.
     
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, collections, renewals, and vendor contracts.
     
  • Ensure work orders, make-readies, and inspections are completed to standard and on time.
     
  • Partner with the maintenance supervisor to keep the community clean, safe, and show-ready.
     
  • Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws.
     
  • Represent PMG in court proceedings when necessary.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
     
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years as a Property Manager; 4-6 years in property management preferred.
  •  Strong background in marketing, leasing, and resident retention.
  •  CALP required; CAM preferred.
  •  SC Property Manager license required (if working in SC).
