Job description

Take a central role in the development of EcoFishCircle and the future systems for land-based aquaculture!

EcoFishCircle is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for an experienced project manager to play a key role going forward. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to combine technical expertise with the development and engineering of larger land-based fish farms based on EFC's own mRAS technology. The position involves leading project work and developing technical solutions in collaboration with our customers and our technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, implementation and follow-up of installation projects for mRAS technology, with periodic on-site project monitoring expected
  • Leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating internal and external resources
  • Ensuring good progress, cost control and reporting to the CEO
  • Following up with customers, contracts, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Contributing to development and standardization of project methodology and best practices
  • Close collaboration with technical areas such as process, automation and operations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience from relevant project management positions (land-based aquaculture experience is a major advantage)
  • Technical understanding of engineering, project development and management tools
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English with ability to lead technical teams and sales processes
  • Good commercial understanding and experience, especially in delivering technical products or solutions
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
  • High work ethic and strong personal integrity
