Experienced Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Project Manager

Starting at $30.00+ per hour, based on experience

weDRY Restoration is looking for an experienced Project Manager who knows restoration, leads confidently, and takes pride in doing the job correctly.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with strong technical knowledge of water mitigation and mold remediation. We need a Project Manager who can assess a loss, create a clear plan, lead a field crew, maintain proper documentation, and confidently communicate with customers and the office.
This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate understands not only what needs to be done—but why it needs to be done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage water mitigation and mold remediation projects from start to completion
  • Assess job-site conditions and determine the appropriate course of action
  • Develop detailed scopes of work for field technicians
  • Lead crews and clearly communicate daily expectations
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor drying equipment in accordance with IICRC standards
  • Coordinate daily job schedules and maintain project timelines
  • Monitor job progress and adjust the plan when conditions change
  • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and company leadership
  • Document daily activities, readings, photos, equipment, and project updates in the company CRM
  • Perform hands-on mitigation and remediation work when needed
  • Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
Qualifications

  • Previous project management or supervisory experience in water mitigation and mold remediation
  • IICRC certification required—active or inactive certifications will be considered
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of restoration procedures and equipment
  • Experience with DASH, Xactimate, DRYtrack, or similar restoration platforms
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and laptop for job documentation
  • Strong written communication skills, including professional text and email communication
  • Ability to lead a crew, solve problems, and make sound decisions in the field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Willingness and ability to physically assist with mitigation and remediation work
