Job description

Location: 630 HOWELL RD, GREENVILLE, SC, 29615 Do you have a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams and operational excellence. As a General Manager you will provide leadership to shift managers, crew trainers and crew members to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers. As a General Manager you must demonstrate leadership ability by managing manager and crew schedules, inventory, training and planned maintenance.

The ability to develop a team, work independently while still being accountable and build constructive and effective relationships to make sure the team is meeting McDonald's standards. You must be able to monitor safety, security, profitability and must ensure proper communication throughout the team. You will be responsible for setting and meeting targets and for managing people department, kitchen department, guest services department and maintenance team and helping them meet their goals. Previous General Management experience is required, preferably with McDonald's
