Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR to join our PATIENT EXPERIENCE team!

The Patient Experience Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the implementation of patient experience strategies that align with the organizationโ€™s mission, vision, values, and goals. This position reports to the Aspirus Medical Group Vice President of Operations. The supervisor oversees the management of patient complaints and grievances, supports service recovery, and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for patients and families across the care continuum.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period, day only

Experience/Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field.

  • Required: 2-5 years of experience in healthcare or patient/customer service role

  • Preferred: Experience with patient complaint/grievance management, service recovery, and quality improvement. At least 2 years in a supervisory or patient experience role.
