Starting Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/hr + 0.5% Personal Commission
Store Bonus: Additional 0.5% Commission Kicker when the store hits its sales goal
Future Earning Potential: Full 5-6% Straight Commission (100% Commission-Based)

At Lamps Plus, Retail Sales Associates start with a competitive hourly wage of $18.00-$19.00 per hour, plus commission on every sale. As you gain experience, grow your customer base, and increase your sales volume, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full 5% straight commission role with significantly higher earning potential.
How the Compensation Works
Phase 1: Base Pay + Commission
Guaranteed Hourly Wage
  • $18.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Personal Commission
  • Earn 0.5% commission on every dollar you sell from day one

Store Goal Bonus
  • Earn an additional 0.5% commission on all sales when the store reaches its monthly sales goal
