What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience & Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet. You'll help customers choose the wash package that best fits their needs, introduce them to our Unlimited Wash Club, and make sure every visit is friendly, efficient, and enjoyable.

Your day may include:

  • Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
  • Explaining wash options, memberships, promotions, and pricing
  • Recommending Unlimited Wash Club memberships to maximize customer value
  • Processing purchases using cash and card payment systems
  • Guiding vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
  • Monitoring wash operations to help deliver a quality experience
  • Keeping vacuum areas, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organized
  • Completing routine cleaning and general site maintenance
  • Working alongside teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operation
  • Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
