JOB DESCRIPTION
Guest & Donor Hospitality
  • Assist with welcoming patrons, artists, donors, and special guests during events
  • Support donor receptions, VIP experiences, and member events
  • Help prepare hospitality spaces and event materials
  • Assist with thank-you notes, donor acknowledgements, and guest follow-up communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and visitors
Administrative Support
  • Assist with office organization, filing, spreadsheets, and data entry
  • Help maintain event calendars, contact lists, and internal documents
  • Support ticketing, membership, and donor services operations
  • Assist with preparing packets, signage, and event materials
Event Operations Support
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Support front-of-house operations and audience wayfinding
  • Help coordinate volunteers and student assistants during events
  • Provide support for community events, performances, and campus activities
Communication & Outreach
  • Help distribute promotional materials and community information
  • Assist with email preparation and audience communication
  • Support membership and patron engagement initiatives
Social Media & Content Support
  • Capture occasional event photos or videos for marketing use
  • Assist with live event coverage and audience engagement content
  • Share promotional information and support marketing efforts as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment
  • Interest in hospitality, arts administration, nonprofit management, communications, or event management
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends during performances and events
