Job Description
Reporting to the Lead IT Procurement Director and operating in a hybrid capacity from our Allen, Texas or Costa Mesa, California office typically requiring onsite presence up to two days per week. You will play a critical part in driving strategic sourcing excellence across our technology landscape. You will partner with IT and business leaders to shape category strategies, optimize supplier performance, and ensure we maximize both value and innovation from its technology investments.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect technology categories
  • Serve as a category subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders.
  • Manage competitive sourcing events (RFX), develop sourcing strategies, evaluate proposals, and deliver clear, data-driven supplier recommendations.
  • Negotiate pricing, and commercial terms to achieve optimal outcomes while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Partner closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support contract development, onboarding, and governance.
  • Build and sustain strong supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and performance management.
  • Identify, develop, and implement cost-optimization and value-creation initiatives across assigned categories.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies models to inform sourcing strategies and enable innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technology categories strategic procurement - XaaS/cloud, AI, and other technology solutions
  • Proven track record leading complex sourcing initiatives, including RFXs
  • Solid understanding and experience of technology contracting - drafting, redlining, commercial term negotiation, alignment of legal terms.
  • Experience in a role influencing and partnering with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with strategic sourcing tools and CLM platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
