Position Overview

GP Reporting Analysts support senior leadership, finance, and investment teams by preparing internal reporting related to fund performance, management company financials, carried interest tracking, and portfolio analytics. These professionals work closely with partners, CFOs, fund accounting teams, investor relations, and portfolio operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal GP-level reporting on fund performance, portfolio valuations, and investment realizations

  • Track carried interest calculations, waterfalls, and GP commitments

  • Support management company budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Analyze fund profitability, fee revenue (management fees, performance fees), and expense allocations

  • Reconcile internal performance data with fund administrators and accounting teams

  • Develop dashboards and models to monitor portfolio concentration, exposure, and performance trends

  • Assist with board materials, partner updates, and executive reporting packages

  • Support audit processes and internal controls related to GP entities

  • Identify process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
