POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Work within ERP for vendor confirmations Confirm receipt of POs with vendors Update vendor promise dates in ERP Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives on pricing/delivery issues Review customer orders and follow up with vendors on long lead times and/or missed promise dates Provides analysis and reports as required in support of KPI improvement Other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in the distribution industry or customer service ERP experience Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to plan & achieve company goals Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Ability to clearly & effectively communicate via phone and email This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
