General Manager – Boutique Resort

Location: Bahamas

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 USD net salary, negotiable

We are recruiting for a boutique resort in the Bahamas seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall resort operation and lead a strong, motivated team.

The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day resort operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments
  • Take ownership of P&L performance, budgets and financial results
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team with a strong focus on team health and culture
  • Oversee reservations and front desk operations
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence
  • Work closely with department leaders to drive accountability and performance

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a General Manager within a boutique hotel or resort
  • Caribbean hospitality experience required
  • Strong understanding of full resort operations
  • Demonstrated P&L and financial management experience
  • Hands-on, motivational leader with excellent communication skills
  • Guest-focused and comfortable working within an intimate resort environment
