Job description

Turn customer relationships into opportunities for growth

What if the next expansion opportunity starts with creating the right customer moment? Coveo has an established enterprise customer base, and you'll turn customer insights and account priorities into targeted marketing programs that deepen relationships, increase adoption, and create measurable opportunities for renewal and growth.

Working alongside Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, you'll bring customer engagement to life at the account and regional level, from executive programs and account-based campaigns to events and other experiences designed around our customers.

As our Customer Field Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional customer marketing programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, advisory sessions, and customer events that strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and create expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Global Account Management and Customer Success to identify customers with growth potential and translate account priorities into targeted marketing programs that support adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build and execute account-based marketing programs for existing customers, using account insights and priorities to reach the right stakeholders with relevant experiences, campaigns, and content.
  • Work closely with regional sales leaders and account teams to understand customer needs, renewal risks, and growth opportunities, and determine where marketing can have the greatest impact.
  • Measure the commercial impact of your programs, tracking how marketing creates, influences, and accelerates renewal and expansion opportunities, and use those insights to continuously improve your approach.
  • Bring together Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, and customer-facing teams to execute cohesive programs, while managing the budgets, partners, and logistics required to bring them to life.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer, field, or account-based marketing within business-to-business enterprise software, with experience building programs that contribute to customer growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience partnering closely with Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales teams to turn account priorities and customer insights into marketing programs that support adoption, renewal, or expansion.
  • A track record of developing and executing programs for senior executives and strategic accounts, from targeted campaigns to in-person customer experiences.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders while measuring their impact and continuously improving performance.

What will make you stand out:

  • You've helped build or evolve a customer or field marketing practice in a growing technology company and are comfortable creating structure where it doesn't yet exist.
  • You know how to bring together customer data, such as satisfaction, product adoption, renewal indicators, and account insights, to identify where marketing can make a difference.
  • You have experience with Salesforce and marketing automation or account-based marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or 6sense, and know how to use them to inform and measure your programs.
  • You know how to work with account teams and executives to create meaningful customer interactions, and you're equally comfortable shaping the approach and executing the details.
