Data Analyst (all genders) in Vollzeit in unserer Division Data & AI in Kleinostheim nahe Frankfurt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gesucht.
Deine Aufgaben:- Analyse komplexer Daten sowie Ableitung aussagekräftiger Insights und Handlungsempfehlungen für datenbasierte Entscheidungen
- Aufnahme und Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung aussagekräftiger KPIs, Metriken und Reporting-Lösungen
- Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung belastbarer KPI- und Reporting-Strukturen
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität durch Plausibilitätsprüfungen, Anomalieerkennung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Engineering Team
- Beratung und Schulung der Fachbereiche zur eigenständigen Nutzung von BI-Lösungen (Self-Service-BI)
- Mitwirkung bei der Etablierung von Data-Governance-Standards sowie der Einhaltung datenschutzrechtlicher Vorgaben, insbesondere der DSGVO
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Mathematik, Statistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Data Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse; Python-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen BI-Tools (z. B. IBM Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenmodellierung und Reporting
- Fundiertes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen sowie die Fähigkeit, Business-Anforderungen in analytische Fragestellungen und aussagekräftige Reports zu übersetzen
- Strukturierte, analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
