We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic College-Educated Personal Trainers on an in-person basis to meet fast-growing demand. Our standardized procedures enable our coaches to change the lives of many clients and maintain high client retention rates.


Job Description:

  • Assess clients, create customized nutrition and fitness programs, and get them excited about our program
  • Administer personal training sessions
  • Achieve client results according to company standards
  • Offer a personalized and attentive service to members
  • Keep our Personal Training app up to date and current
  • Teach members the correct usage of equipment and exercise methods through demonstration and guidance.
  • Ensure every member receives top-notch customer service.
  • Attend Personal Training related meetings

Requirements:

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills to connect with and motivate clients.
  • Deep expertise in the human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming.
  • Proven experience in coaching clients to achieve results.
  • Expertise in multiple fitness disciplines, including weightlifting, cardio health, and correcting imbalances.
  • Bachelors in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
  • Minimum 1 year of Personal Training experience.
