We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team and help patients regain movement, strength, and independence. As a PT, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, chronic illness, or neurological conditions.
Your responsibilities will include performing functional evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy and exercise instruction, and educating patients and caregivers on techniques for continued progress at home.
