The diabetes clinician works directly with patients and their families to provide individual and group education and support to people with diabetes and other chronic health conditions.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • One of the following:
        • RN
        • Dietitian – BS or
        • Social Work – MSW
        • Exercise Physiologist - MS

    • Minimum Experience

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • Licensure required by State of Alabama dependent on professional designation.
      • BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
