Are you a passionate and high-energy trainer looking to transform lives? Burn Boot Camp Appleton East is seeking top-tier trainers to inspire, challenge, and empower our incredible members. Our trainers lead dynamic, results-driven workouts while fostering a supportive, community-driven environment.
SCHEDULE:
  • Hours can vary between AM (4AM-10:45AM) and PM shifts (3:00pm-6:45pm)
  • 1-2 Saturday mornings/month (6:30am-10:30am)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver high-energy, results-driven workouts in a motivating group setting.
  • Coach and empower members by providing personalized guidance on fitness, nutrition, and mindset in one-on-one meetings.
  • Engage with potential and current members to foster a strong community and drive membership growth.
  • Leverage social media to inspire, educate, and connect with members, following direction from the Lead Trainer.
  • Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
  • Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings and required educational presentations

REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a current fitness certification from an accredited organization (NCCA Certified), such as ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, or possess a degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
