Interns often work directly with clients under supervision, learning to customize exercise routines and track progress. You may also collaborate with certified trainers and health professionals, gaining hands-on experience in client interaction, wellness education, and administrative tasks like scheduling or data entry. This variety of responsibilities provides a comprehensive introduction to the fitness industry and helps you develop practical skills for future roles.
