The Senior Business Development Manager - U.S. Strategic Accounts is responsible for expanding Exentec's footprint at key U.S. semiconductor fabs. You will identify, develop, and win high value opportunities across slurry delivery, chemical delivery, and wet process systems. This is a role for someone who wants to build something meaningful, be part of a connected mission, and enjoy the process while creating measurable impact.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Strategic Account Growth

  • Develop and execute account strategies for major U.S. fabs (Micron, GlobalFoundries, TSMC AZ, TI, Onsemi, SkyWater, etc.) excluding Intel.
  • Create and manage opportunity pipelines across slurry delivery systems, chemical delivery, wet benches, and expansions.
  • Build deep customer relationships at engineering, operations, and procurement levels.

Market & Customer Intelligence

  • Identify emerging unmet needs, technology shifts, and pain points that Exentec can solve.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape future roadmaps.
  • Provide competitive insights and pricing benchmarks.

Opportunity Execution

  • Lead deal strategy, proposals, and negotiations from identification to closing.
  • Coordinate with global Exentec teams (U.S., Taiwan, Malaysia, Germany) on technical, operational, and commercial alignment.
  • Ensure accurate costing, scoping, and risk management.

Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Strengthen Exentec's presence with integrators, OEM partners, and chemical suppliers.
  • Participate in industry conferences, forums, and fab level technology meetings.

Internal Leadership

  • Act as the voice of the customer inside Exentec.
  • Bring clarity, transparency, and accountability across opportunities.
  • Help build a culture that honors commitments and celebrates progress.

Other duties as assigned.

Show your expertise
  • 7+ years in business development, sales, or strategic account roles in semiconductor or related high tech industries.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. semiconductor fabs, buying processes, and technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of fluid handling, wet process, chemical or slurry systems (preferred).
  • Proven track record winning multi million dollar capital equipment or engineered solutions.
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams without authority.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and customer facing skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to operate in a fast changing, scaling environment.
