Java Software Engineers often work closely with product managers, quality assurance testers, and UI/UX designers throughout the software development lifecycle. They participate in regular sprint meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to align on project goals and address any technical challenges. Effective collaboration ensures that software solutions are robust, user-friendly, and meet business requirements.
