Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional patient care through coaching, accountability, and continuous development. This individual partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Doctors to ensure VisionQuest Eyecare’s culture, service standards, and operational expectations are executed with excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the VisionQuest culture.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through daily observation and feedback.

• Hold employees accountable to VisionQuest standards and SOPs.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop future team members.

• Partner with doctors and executive leadership to improve the patient experience.

• Monitor office performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational excellence.

• Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately.

• Lead office meetings,  continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain proficiency in office operations and step into frontline responsibilities when patients or the team need support.

Qualifications

Required:

• Leadership or management experience developing successful teams.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.

• Leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, or another service-focused environment.

Previous optical experience is welcomed but not required. We can teach optics; we are looking for exceptional leaders.
