Job description

Executive Support Specialist

Serve as the Executive Support Specialist for AFOSI/CC by performing all support and planning functions to ensure tasks assigned can be accomplished within established deadlines, with accuracy, and in accordance with existing and/or newly established business rules and key processes and procedures; and ensure as much as possible that work necessary to the office's mission is completed in an efficient and effective manner.

Function as the formal AFOSI/CC Records Custodian; has primary responsibility for file management and creating and/or formatting required office records and reports. Maintain office files generally (electronic and paper); ensure Electronic File Plan is maintained and updated in compliance with AFI33-322, Records Management; in consultation with AFOSI leadership, create and maintain the AFOSI/CC folder on the shared drive.

Manage office budget, supplies and equipment and address facility issues as needed. Monitor and order office supplies, printing support, and related materials and services as needed to maintain effective and efficient office function.

Manages, coordinates, and integrates all actions required to provide oversight of directions from the Commander.
