Job description

Job Title: Stakeholder Management Leader
Location: Missouri, United States
Type: Long-term contract 
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day stakeholder management and strategic communications for the program office.
  • Serve as the owner for executive, inter-agency, and external communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and defensible messaging across leadership, vendors, and oversight bodies.
Requirements
  • 7–9 years consulting experience, including large public-sector programs
  • Prior experience supporting executive stakeholders and governance forums and strategic communications
  • Prior experience preparing documentation for legislative inquiries, external oversight bodies, or formal information requests
  • Strong writing, synthesis, and facilitation skills for senior audiences
  • Experience operating in politically complex, multi-agency environments
