  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and global delivery teams.
  • Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level communication.
  • Ensure compliance with AV standards, security policies, and organizational requirements.
  • Manage vendor performance and transition risks.
  • Oversee event support, studio operations, and VIP executive support services.
  • Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence.

Candidates with PMP and/or ITIL certification and experience supporting enterprise AV, conferencing, event, or collaboration services are especially strong fits.
