Handtevy-Pediatric Emergency Standards

Davie, FL • On-site

Job description

Emergency clinicians make critical decisions in seconds. Handtevy is the Clinical Intelligence platform built for those moments, trusted by EMS agencies and hospital emergency departments across all 50 states.

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own our largest and most strategic accounts: multi-facility health systems, academic medical centers, and the highest-volume EMS agencies in the country. These are named accounts with executive buying committees, long procurement cycles, and system-wide clinical impact.

If you have closed complex six-figure healthcare technology deals and know how to build executive sponsorship across a large organization, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are

Handtevy is a healthcare technology company headquartered in South Florida. 3,000 EMS agencies and 200,000 clinicians rely on the Handtevy platform to deliver safer, faster, and more consistent care.

The Role:

You will own a named account portfolio of the largest EMS systems and hospital health systems in the country. This is not a geographic territory. It is a defined list of strategic accounts where a single win changes our position in a market. You will report to the Director of Sales.

Enterprise sales at Handtevy is strategic, executive-led, and outcome-driven. Your buyers span the C-suite, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, CFOs, System Medical Directors, and Quality and Safety leadership. Sales cycles run 9 to 18 months and involve procurement, legal, IT security review, and clinical governance committees.

Responsibilities:

  • Named account strategy for each account in your portfolio, including org mapping, entry points, executive sponsorship plan, and competitive positioning.
  • Executive engagement: build and maintain relationships at the C-suite and system leadership level, and secure an executive sponsor on every active pursuit.
  • Multi-threading across large buying committees, typically 5 to 8 stakeholders spanning clinical, operational, financial, and technical functions.
  • Qualification rigor applied to every active opportunity, including decision process, paper process, and competitive landscape, reviewed weekly.
  • Mutual close plans on every late-stage opportunity, with timeline, owners, exit criteria, and named executive sponsors on both sides.
  • Complex negotiation and close: navigate system procurement, legal, IT security, and clinical governance on multi-year, multi-site agreements.
  • Multi-site rollout planning in partnership with Customer Success and Clinical Education to sequence implementation across facilities.
  • Public sector and cooperative purchasing: manage state EMS contracts, Group Purchasing Organization agreements, sole source justifications, and cooperative purchasing vehicles.
  • Field intelligence: bring competitive, clinical, and procurement insight from your accounts back to product and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 4 years personally carrying enterprise quota.
  • Track record closing $100K+ deals with buying committees of 5 or more stakeholders, with specific examples you can walk through in detail.
  • Executive selling experience: you have built and used C-suite relationships to move a deal, not just presented to executives once late in a cycle.
  • Qualification rigor: you have a clear, repeatable approach to qualifying long-cycle enterprise deals and can describe where it changed an outcome.
  • Forecast discipline: you produce your own forecast without prompting and can explain how you categorize a deal and why.
  • Comfort with long cycles: you can hold a 12-month pursuit together without losing momentum or letting a champion go quiet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience selling into hospital health systems, academic medical centers, or large EMS and fire systems.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows: ED operations, pre-hospital care, medication administration, protocols and pathways, quality and patient safety programs.
  • Experience with health system procurement, IT security review, and clinical governance approval processes.
  • Background working with Group Purchasing Organizations, state EMS offices, or public sector cooperative purchasing.
  • Experience selling in an emerging or newly defined product category.
  • Track record carrying $700K+ annual quota at greater than 85% attainment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Total OTE: $160,000 to $190,000 at plan (60/40 base/variable split)
  • Accelerators above 100% attainment
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO
  • Location: South Florida HQ, hybrid (3 days in office)

Handtevy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
