  • Relevant certifications in Java, NodeJS, Microservices, or AWS would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Business process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE).
  • Functional & non-functional requirements documentation.
  • User stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming.
  • Gap analysis and impact analysis.
  • Stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
  • Data analysis and reporting (SQL basics, Excel, dashboards).
  • UAT planning, coordination, and defect triage.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews, stakeholder reviews).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and architecture.
  • Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, or application platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
