Job description

Description
GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely within the USA to be 130K to 140K. This reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may apply to the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
The Senior Product Manager owns the lifecycle of B2B Shopify applications. This leader drives app store merchant acquisition, retention, and API performance.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years specifically scaling high-volume Shopify Plus storefronts or Shopify applications.
  • Shopify Expertise: Proven track record launching successful apps on the Shopify App Store.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of GraphQL, REST APIs, and embedded app extensions.
  • Data Fluency: Mastery of merchant retention metrics, MRR, LTV, and cohort analysis.
  • E-Commerce Mastery: Expert knowledge of online retail mechanics and Shopify ecosystem Liquid, Shopify GraphiQL API, checkout customization frameworks, and ERP integrations.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of launching complex software products or features from zero to millions of users.
  • Analytics Skillset: High proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or similar enterprise data tools.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development processes, user stories, and feature specs.
  • Communication: Strong storytelling and stakeholder alignment skills.

Job responsibilities
  • App Store Growth: Optimize Shopify App Store listing conversion funnels and merchant reviews.
  • API Integration Management: Own deeply technical integrations with Shopify Admin APIs, webhooks, and App Bridge.
  • Developer Ecosystem Alignment: Keep software roadmaps aligned with Shopify's evolving ecosystem updates.
  • B2B Retention Strategy: Define churn reduction features, subscription pricing models, and merchant onboarding.
  • Technical Mentorship: Guide mid-level product managers, designers, developers and engineers through complex Shopify platform constraints and elevate output quality
  • Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and long-term goals.
  • Execution & Lifecycle: Command the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Data & Analytics: Track metrics like conversion rates and analyze user feedback.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Own the multi-year e-commerce product vision, aligning features with core business goals.
  • Platform Optimization: Scalability management for checkout funnels, internationalization, localized pricing, and third-party API integrations.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Run advanced A/B testing frameworks, cohort analyses, and data modeling to justify product investments.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Manage expectations across executive leadership, marketing, supply chain, and customer success teams.
