Job description

Shopbop is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our Creative team in New York, NY. This is a rare opportunity to shape the daily digital experience of one of the fastest-growing and most innovative online fashion destinations in the world.
In this role, you will manage and innovate site and email visual style guidelines to be leveraged by the team. You are also adept at the build and production of daily web content across shopbop.com - including the homepage, landing pages, promotional campaigns, email, and all other content formats across desktop, mobile, and app

You will report to the Visual Design Manager, and work closely with the Head of Visual Design, serving as a key driver of quality, consistency, and operational excellence across the team.
If you are a detail-obsessed, systems-minded designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering pixel-perfect work at scale, this role is for you.
Key job responsibilities
Own and evolve site, app and email visual style guidelines, ensuring they are clearly documented and consistently applied across the team
Lead end-to-end production of web content across all digital touchpoints, including homepage, landing pages, promotional assets, email, and app formats
Partner with the Visual Design Manager, Head of Visual Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of design assets
Establish, document, and continuously improve production processes and workflows to invent and simplify how the team operates
Maintain rigorous attention to detail and accuracy across all deliverables, upholding Shopbop's visual standards at every touchpoint
Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities without sacrificing quality
Communicate proactively with key stakeholders to align on timelines, requirements, and design direction
Mentor and support designers, raising the visual and production bar across the team
About the team
The Shopbop Creative Content team develops innovative, customer-obsessed storytelling across fashion, editorial, and commerce experiences. We value diverse perspectives and believe individuality fuels stronger ideas. Our team moves quickly, collaborates closely, and is committed to producing thoughtful, inspiring work that resonates with our customers and reflects the ever-evolving fashion landscape.

Amazon.com, Inc., commonly known as Amazon, is an American multinational technology company. It was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 and initially started as an online marketplace for books.
