Job description

E-Logic is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to support the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Technology and Innovation Branch. The selected candidate will transform complex technical information into clear, executive-level communications and develop high-quality reports, summaries, presentations, and other communication products that support federal decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and edit technical reports for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop executive summaries, findings reports, briefing materials, and communication products.
  • Translate complex technical information into content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate document reviews and publication workflows.
  • Ensure all written deliverables comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams, and Government stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, Science, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, or technical communications.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex technical information into executive-level reports, publications, and communication materials.
  • Experience reviewing technical reports, synthesizing technical data, and coordinating publication workflows.
