Job description

Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Executive join our growing RadScience team!  

This unique team includes dozens of scientists and artists specifically trained in illustration, animation, interactive media, and immersive experiences - turns complex scientific messages into simple, memorable stories through: Congress experience and scientific visualization.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices-including Boston, Chicago, or Carmel-or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you'll do: 

  • May participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director by taking notes with input and/or planning meetings 
  • Note taking during meetings/calls (internal and client-facing); sends prompt recaps to appropriate parties for review, filtering/editing and/or additional input before routing 
  • With guidance from Supervisor and/or members of the account team, requests/collects and appropriately files the resources needed to service project scopes i.e.) client resources, creative briefs, project plans, etc. 
  • Learns, follows, and implements each client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc. 
  • Learns each client's review/submission schedule and project deadline to ensure they support the team to meet it/them 
  • Supports PM to collect/track and/or compile internal and external feedback on each milestone delivery 
  • Drives the creation of billable job codes 
  • Pending project ownership, may work with PM to understand project burn against original budget; communicates updates to Sr Acct D/Acct D 
  • Shadows and assists Account Lead in preparation for and during monthly revenue recognition meetings 
  • Practices and adheres to company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) 
  • Attends all meetings (live or virtual) for which they are invited; may be the designated team member to open the meeting room and/or conference call line 5mins prior to start time 
  • With guidance from the Supervisor, may work with new staff to help with their onboarding and training 
  • Effectively collaborates with members across the entire team to succeed 
  • Ensures procedures are being followed by team members 
  • Contributes and/or provides feedback to Supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented focus

US Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
