Restore Your Deck, LLC, a member of the Pressure Washing Systems family, is seeking an entrepreneurial executive to lead the next chapter of growth for its Residential Services division operating under the Deck Tech brand. We are seeking a leader who wants to build a business—not simply manage one. Deck Tech is an established Midwest leader in residential wood restoration with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, proprietary restoration systems, and exceptional customer service. The company has built a loyal customer base and a respected brand throughout the Chicagoland market. Following approximately two years without dedicated leadership, the Residential division is entering an exciting new phase focused on growth, operational excellence, innovation, and long-term profitability. This is not a traditional operations management position. The General Manager will function as the business leader for the Residential division with responsibility for strategy, growth, operations, financial performance, sales, marketing, branding, customer experience, organizational development, and expansion into new residential service offerings. Working alongside executive leadership, the General Manager will develop a comprehensive business plan during the first year that establishes the strategic direction of the Residential division. That plan will focus on sustainable revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, marketing initiatives, digital presence, social media engagement, customer experience, and the expansion of residential services—including the launch and growth of an in-house carpentry division. Position Summary The General Manager – Residential Growth & Operations is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of Deck Tech's Residential Services business. The General Manager serves as the executive leader responsible for the division's profitability, growth strategy, marketing, sales performance, customer satisfaction, financial management, operational execution, organizational development, and long-term strategic direction. This position has full accountability for building a scalable residential business capable of sustained growth while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and customer service.
