Full Time / Competitive Pay / Flexible Schedule / 90 Day Temp Housing Available
MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's outstanding team in a vibrant and growing community near Albuquerque, NM!
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:
  • Continuously monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery, including tracking vital signs and fetal heart rates.
  • Provide direct patient care by administering medications, assisting with deliveries, and implementing effective pain management strategies.
  • Educate patients and their families on labor procedures, delivery options, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and the healthcare team to ensure a smooth, safe, and positive birthing experience.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of patient care, including detailed records of labor and delivery activities.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or complications while adhering to hospital protocols.
  • Ensure a clean and sterile environment by following infection control guidelines and hospital policies.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in New Mexico.
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
