Lead Strategic Growth in Industrial Technology

Role Summary

At Stellix, Account Executives drive digital transformation for industrial organizations by selling advanced solutions across OT/IT integration, cybersecurity, data analytics, and industrial software. This role is designed for a senior sales leader who understands industrial environments and can guide customers through modernization initiatives that improve visibility, security, and performance.
The Account Executive serves as a strategic advisor to customers and a key driver of Stellix’s continued growth in the digital industrial space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow strategic accounts and complex new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Lead large, multi-stakeholder, solution-based sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Develop and execute account and territory strategies aligned to company growth objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional deal teams across engineering, services, and leadership
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline in Salesforce
  • Ensure best-in-class solution positioning, presentations, and proposal responses
  • Travel locally or regionally (up to approximately 50%) to support strategic customer engagement

Measures of Success:

  • Consistent achievement and overachievement of annual revenue and bookings targets
  • Expansion of footprint within strategic accounts through long-term partnerships
  • Predictable, accurate forecasting and strong pipeline health
  • Recognition as a sales leader and trusted partner internally and externally

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 10+ years of experience in process control, industrial automation, or related industrial technology sales
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-year solution sales
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close greenfield and expansion opportunities
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and CRM accountability
  • Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex sales environments
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.

The posted salary range represents a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
