Senior Director, AI Workforce Innovation and People Analytics is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic integration of advanced technologies, AI, and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to transform workforce operations and elevate employee experience.

This role requires a strategic decision maker with strong judgement, who can influence senior stakeholders, lead enterprise change management, and shape a forward‑looking strategy grounded in data, innovation, and AI‑enabled capabilities. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, operates as an experimenter, and continuously explores new approaches to improving workforce effectiveness through AI‑powered and digital solutions.
