Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our IT organization, responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the enterprise. This role operates in a dual capacity-serving as the IT sub-stream lead within large, cross-functional programs while also independently managing end-to-end delivery of IT-led projects, including enterprise applications and digital solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project management, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset suited for a fast-paced organization.

Lead IT workstreams within large, cross-functional programs, ensuring technology deliverables align with overall program objectives, timelines, dependencies, and business priorities.

Own end-to-end delivery of IT-led projects, including enterprise application implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and digital solutions from initiation through execution and closure.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans; manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies; and ensure disciplined execution aligned to IT and PMO standards.

Serve as the primary project point of contact between IT and business stakeholders, providing clear, concise, proactive, and executive-ready communication on project status, risks, decisions, and required actions.

Partner with business teams, functional leads, vendors, technical resources, and global cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery across all project dimensions.

Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues, driving timely mitigation, escalation, decision-making, and resolution.

Support governance and PMO process maturity, including intake, prioritization, reporting, stage-gate governance, delivery transparency, and consistent project management practices.

Ensure delivered technology solutions are aligned to business objectives and drive measurable value for stakeholders.

Promote clarity, accountability, visibility, and confidence in IT delivery while remaining flexible to shifting business needs and organizational priorities.

Bachelor's degree required

8+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT or technology-driven environments.

Demonstrated experience managing both IT workstreams within large, complex programs and full lifecycle delivery of standalone IT projects, such as application implementations, ERP, CRM, or digital solutions.

Strong project planning and execution capabilities across scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to provide concise, executive-ready updates and influence across business and technology teams.

Ability to operate effectively in both structured and evolving environments, manage competing priorities, and adapt to shifting business needs.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset suited for a fast-paced organization.

Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Experience with enterprise applications preferred, including ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Familiarity with IT delivery models, system implementations, integrations, PMO frameworks, stage-gate processes, and governance models preferred.
