An Executive Remote Sitecore Developer is a senior-level professional who specializes in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and digital solutions using the Sitecore content management system (CMS), all while working remotely. This role combines technical expertise in Sitecore with leadership and strategic planning, often overseeing projects, managing teams, and aligning digital initiatives with business goals. As an Executive Remote Sitecore Developer, you will regularly interact with project managers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, and other developers through virtual meetings and collaboration platforms. Effective communication is crucial, as you'll need to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment across teams. Many organizations use tools like Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to facilitate project tracking and real-time discussions, making it possible to maintain strong team connections despite remote work. Proactive participation and clear documentation often help overcome the challenges of working across different time zones and locations.

This includes developing pipelines and opportunities with strategic partners, leveraging technology partner channels, and maximizing the value of these partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing and the Impact You'll Make:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating ability to build long term sustainable clients.

  • Communicate the value proposition (and differentiation within the market) of the company's entire suite of services while owning the entire sales cycle of complex, consultative service sales.
  • Build a pipeline and accurately forecast business outcomes on a consistent basis.
  • Consistently qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities that provide profitable revenue to Rightpoint.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member and also facilitate the sales opportunity by providing leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process.
What We'd Love to See:
  • 10+ years of sales in the consulting/professional services space, specifically with experience in the Sitecore and Optimizely platforms.
  • 5+ years of Adobe, Big Commerce, Optimizely Commerce, or similar commerce platform implementation sales experience and existing relationships with Adobe sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success of prospecting and closing sizable deals (i.e., $500K+).
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a focus on services sales.
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, obtain results, and finesse the sale.
Why Rightpoint?
  • Flexible PTO - If you need a day off or an extended vacation, take the time!
  • Hybrid work environment: Casual and open office or Remote...You choose!
